Government Sub-Committee
Assists in activities between the Census Bureau and the local government, such as identifying free space for Questionnaire Assistance Centers (QAC) and Be Counted Centers, advertise job openings, provide space for interviews and testing, assist with setting up Complete Count Committees, and identifying other resources for Complete Count Committee activities.

Mission Statement
Support Census Bureau efforts by identifying ways of engaging state agencies and local governments, which include counties, municipalities, and townships.
Sub-Committee Goals
• Identify and engage existing government networks to connect them to the Census Bureau Partnership Specialists
• Promote awareness and education of trusted agents, elected officials and community leaders using existing newsletters and magazines of counties, municipalities, and townships
• Encourage existing efforts by publicizing their achievements
• Establish one or more Complete Count Committees within each county in Ohio
• Advocate the use of free Public Service Announcements within Ohio counties, municipalities, and townships
Outreach Targets
• Local constituents such as county, city, village and township levels
• Local community organizations, such as Rotary Clubs, Kiwanis, etc.
• Regional Planning Agencies and Community Action Agencies
